In such circumstances, we will not provide our services. We will suggest an alternative course of action and offer a full refund. 

As with in person consultations, we are unable to guarantee that our services will result in a full recovery. We recommend treatments based on our experience and training, but results cannot be guaranteed. 

Provision of Information by you 

You acknowledge that in order to provide our services, we are completely reliant on the information provided by you. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information in response to our questions and any information which could reasonably be expected to be relevant to your condition or treatment. You are under no obligation to provide information you do not wish to share. If, in such case, it is deemed we are unable to continue the consultation, we will withdraw our service and offer a full refund. 

Using our services 

You must not implement our treatment plan or advice unless you fully understand it. You are responsible to ask any questions necessary to clarify the treatment plan or advice. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you must immediately discontinue the treatment plan and implementing any advice given by us and contact us as soon as possible. 

You must not provide our treatment plan to any third persons. We assume no liability in relation to any third party. 

Free content 

The free content, i.e. blog posts and articles, are intended for general information only and is not a substitute for proper medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your health or medical condition, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Fees and Payment 

Fees are set out in Our price list and will be confirmed at time of booking. Payment must be made in advance, at time of booking. 

Your right to change or cancel an appointment 

Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation, the cancellation policy applies. 

Technical Specifications 

By booking an appointment, you agree to have in place: 

  • Good, working internet connection 
  • Microphone, camera, speaker, or other similar equipment 
  • Account with Skype, unless otherwise agreed  

Please do not book an appointment if you cannot provide these specifications, as we cannot accept liability if you are unable to comply.  

Confidentiality 

All information you share with a physiotherapist will be treated as strictly confidential. Unless required to do so by law, the physiotherapist will not use or disclose any information shared by you.
