I specialise in treating HSD and EDS as a physiotherapist and hypermobility coach. I have over 20 years experience working with hypermobility conditions, as well as struggling with it myself – I totally get it! I have also had the privelage during my career as a physical therapist to work with some of the leading experts in the field. I understand what works and what doesn’t. I can help you develop the tools you need to feel better within yourself. I can also help with those more performance-related hypermobility problems, such as poor balance and tight, inflexible muscles.
