Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking 

All appointments must be pre-booked by contacting myself either via the contact form or email. Appointments are available throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. 

Fees and Payment 

Fees are set out in the price list and will be confirmed at time of booking. Payments must be made in advance, at time of booking. 

Payments can be made via PayPal. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account. 

Your rights to cancel or change a booking 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following rules on changes and cancellations and any applicable charges apply to your booking. 

You can change or cancel an appointment without charge with at least 24 hours notice. Please contact me as soon as possible. This allows me to offer your appointment to another client from the waiting list. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be liable for 50% of the cost. However, in the event your appointment slot is filled, you will be given a full refund. 

If you miss an appointment without contacting me, you will be liable for the full charge.
