Ballet Barre Class for Strength and Technique

Join my Ballet Barre class for a challenging ballet workout that will supercharge your training! Ballet class is where you practice and learn technique, muscle memory and motor skills. However, if you’ve been following any of my other content, you will know that if you really want to progress your dancing, simply attending class regularly is not enough. You need to add strength training to really build the strength and control needed to empower your dance training. But what if you could combine ballet class and a strength workout to get the best of both?

Well, that’s exactly what I’ve done with my newest video! In this full length ballet barre class, I have designed the traditional ballet exercises in a way that will allow you to work on your ballet specific technique at the same time as building strength in your ballet muscles. This class is not for the feint-hearted – it’s challenging! It’s not the prettiest barre, or the most fun, but you will get so much benefit and improvement in your normal ballet training. This is an intermediate – advanced level ballet class, although if you are more beginner, you can still follow along and work towards the full class.
